1: Ensure ConnectClip is powered off
Press and hold the multi-button for approximately six seconds, until the power indicator is off.
2: Turn your hearing aids off
For hearing aids with disposable batteries, open the battery drawer. For rechargeable hearing aids, turn them off by pressing the lower button of each hearing aid for three seconds
3: Turn your hearing aids on
For hearing aids with disposable batteries, close the battery drawer. For rechargeable hearing aids, turn them on by pressing the lower button of each hearing aid for two seconds The hearing aids are now ready to connect with the ConnectClip. You now have three minutes to complete the pairing.
4: Turn ConnectClip on
Press and hold the multi-button for approximately three seconds, until the power indicator shows steady green. ConnectClip will now search for your hearing aids. The status indicator will blink yellow.
5: Establish a connection
Place ConnectClip close to your hearing aids, at a maximum distance of 20 cm. A successful connection is achieved when the status indicator shows steady yellow.
6: Next, connect the ConnectClip to your Mac computer
On your ConnectClip hold down both the On/Off button and the Volume Up button at the same time for about 6 seconds until you see the LED blinking with a blue color. This will activate "pairing mode".
7: Establish a connection
Go to the Bluetooth menu on your computer. Select ConnectClip and connect to it. A successful connection is indicated by the status light turning a steady blue.
